Completed the acquisition of Belfast City Airport (Northern Ireland) in conjunction with ABN AMRO Global Infrastructure Fund (now Eiser Infrastructure). Currently active as asset manager and part of the Executive Committee and Board. 

Selected as preferred developer/investor for 50-100 MW solar PV power plant in the US. 

Led negotiations for offer to acquire interest in several ports in Turkey along with several potential investors.

Completed the acquisition of BAA USA/Airmall from BAA/Ferrovial in conjunction with Prospect Capital, a US based investor.

Supported the bidding, structuring, and acquisition of the Leon-Salamanca toll road in Mexico by Grupo Mexico.

Completed the bidding, acquisition, transition, and initial business plan development for the SabihaGökçen Airport in Istanbul, Turkey for Malaysia Airports, GMR, and Limak.

Provided advice to European investor on possible acquisition of a rail line concession.

Developed an advertising platform for commercial and shopping centers with a major real estate group across multiple properties.

Advised a Middle Eastern backed company in identifying and negotiating acquisition of bolt-on logistics companies.
